Tasks and responsibilities
As International Marketing Manager you are the interface between Sales, Marketing, R&D & Operations aiming to grow the sales and profitability of the Turf and Landscape Specialty Fertilizers and seeds product portfolio.
We are looking for creative and passionate candidates with a lot of ideas to lead this segment. Since you will be responsible for development of the marketing strategy to achieve a sustainable growth, you should by nature strive for excellent results and be capable of shaping the Business. Additionally, we are growing and developing new tools to help our end-users in the digital space. Therefore, we need you to have a good understanding of digital transformation as well.
You will Lead the team of Turf and Landscape Marketing (2FTE- Technical Manager Specialty Fertilizers & Product-Business Development Manager Grass Seeds). In this function you will report to the VP Global Turf & Ornamental. You will also lead project teams to deliver new products on time for any market needs. This role is a great opportunity in the heart of our business where you will receive and give a lot of input to (re-)shape it.
For this role, we need someone with strong experience in Sales, Marketing- and - Product management in a B2B environment. Any experience or knowledge from the Specialty fertilizer or related sector is welcomed. We are looking for someone who can support our vision of profitable growth and add their Marketing touch to it. You have a digital mindset and you know how to bring people along change and innovations. Strong experience in Project Management is required. To be successful in this role you bring your Experience and passion to build our marketing strategy.
Excellent knowledge (verbally and in writing) of the English language. Good knowledge of the German, French and/or Spanish language is an advantage.
Netherlands, Waardenburg. Willingness to travel and, if applicable, to relocate to the Netherlands.
