Sales Controller - ICL FE

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to complement our ICL Europe’s Sales & Marketing economics team, directly involved in reporting and analysis of Fertilizer Sales & Marketing activities in Europe.

You will play a key role in improving the Actual, Forecast & Budget reporting for the S&M activities and strive to deliver accurate, timely and extensive economical insight to Sales and Supply Chain management;

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Preparing sales & consumption reports for ICL Europe EM;
  • Assist in preparing the European Sales and Marketing Budget and 5 Year Plan;
  • Assist in completing accurate 12 months rolling sales forecast;
  • Review rebates and provisional pricing agreements to ensure internal controls are adhered to;
  • Provide sales data to various Fertilizers associations monthly;
  • Track customer accounts and provide support to Sales staff as needed;
  • Coordinating role during financial month end close for sales related activities;
  • Focal point for Sox controls and questions with regards to sales and logistics cost;
  • Some project involvement and other process improvement related efforts to be expected on an ad-hoc basis.

    Your profile:
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, BW skills and able to work with large data sets;
  • Excellent Knowledge of SAP;
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or finance;
  • Preferred experience as controller within a manufacturing company;
  • Fast learner and entrepreneurial;
  • Dedicated and with excellent work ethic;
  • Can handle high pressure, tight deadlines and ability to manage complexity;
  • Well organized;
  • Detail oriented but never loses sight of the bigger picture;
  • Self-confident – able to present and defend analysis to senior management and challenge when required.


Languages:

Fluency in English is a must.

Any other European languages would be advantageous.
